You would think this would be an easy one for the search button, but NOPE! You get all the sales threads, which again you would think they would even be helpful to get a general idea, but NOPE! The problem there is 99% of the time the seller PM the buyer. So it's all a dead end, unless I want to scan through 1.6 billion post looking for a simple answer.

I propose this: When I had my 3000GT VR4, I suggested that we make a sticky for the classifieds forum that, over time, collected a list of different parts along with their respected (U.S.) shipping cost, weight and dimensions. When someone shipped an item, they would then add said part and it's corresponding info to the list. After about 2 or 3 months, we had a list that represented most, if not all, of the of the parts with questionable shipping. Now this was a 100% thing and we all knew that specific factors would come into play with individual sales, but at least we had the proverbial "Ballpark" cost for shipping a starter for example.

I propose we do the same here.


Anyways, what does it cost to ship a set of head fully dressed, lol.

Back to the heads, lol....

I did a google on LS1 heads and they seem to weigh 30lbs each, so the $30/$35 you guys mentioned seems low for 60lbs, unless you were quoting a per head price. Anyone know the LxWxH? I can't find my damn tape, lol, it's always something

i also reported him. last heads I shipped to texas were like 48.00 for the pair. I shipped them snail mail through usps.

Yeah, thanks to Pseudonym I got his details on the heads he shipped, but he was lucky enough to of had an acct so that lowered the cost by $20+.

I am getting the same as you two, $50-/+
