Check with Shawn at VA SPEED. He did mine for the 427 and picked up 30HP when it was done with a 107mm TB. He seems to one of the few in the country that can make the FAST work with L92/LS3 heads. Should be able to do a cathedral setup.

There's nothing special about porting a fast intake. Yeah they remove material from the intake but does that really do anything? I could care less what shop "x" reports from their chassis dyno after porting the intake. Their motive is selling intakes. You ever notice how there's never any 3rd party dyno results showing gains from the porting alone? It's because there isn't any. Any change in horsepower numbers you see is more then likely from the engine being at a different temperature.

Never said anything about a chasis dyno..Shawn at VA Speed did do before and after engine dyno pulls and the results were posted here. More than port matching was done and the runners were "modified".

The margins on the intakes is not good and no one is going to get rich selling them.

Thanks for playing. I guess it is true what they say about opinions. Nice 8th post BTW.

If the runners were "modified" than that's really not comparable to "porting". Not everyone pays the same price for a product. I thought this was common knowledge?
