Ls3 stroker starts but does not stay running

Ls3 stroker starts but does not stay running Ls3 427,have a po 343 code,no tach.the auto meter tach works ok.sometimes it will pop thru the exhaust.anybody,please help.

i fixed the cam sensor code,now whe adjusted the idle screw way up it stayed running while we lowered the idle,and it idle ok.running way lean.but as soon as you touch the gas,it quits.
