Question New 408 installed

Alright guys, i installed my new 408 this past Saturday. I sent the computer to Texas Speed to have a mail order tune done so i could run my car for a little while before i had the dinotune done, but when i fired it off it is running extremely rich, wont idle, and can smell fuel out the back. I did not run long for danger of glazing the cylinder walls. All the sensors are good and Texas Speed assured me that the tune would be on target. When i sent computer, I listed everything done to car: 408 with LS3, PRC heads, fully ported and polished, Fast LSXr 102 intake with 102mm PTM tb, 85mm maf, and Fast LS3 fuel rail with FAST 50# fuel injectors. Cam is 612, 622 lift with a 244, 254 duration, 112 lobe seperation, compression is 11.6-1.Is It possible that the tune is just off that bad or am i missing something here, any help will be appreciated and also i installed a racetronix pump with the hot wire kit, fuel pressure at low rpm is 62-64#

Does it run rich in mid range also ?

Maybe the 25 degrees cam overlap is causing it to run a lil rich ?

seems like it tries to clear about 4 grand but really havent run it much for fear of hurting it. It is running very rich, wont idle at all and pops in the exhaust, holding it at 2 grand. Pulled plugs a while ago and they are very much fueled and hasnt ran probably 3 minutes total.

Maybe I am wrong here . . .

A 102mm throttle body with an 85 mm mass air flow sensor ???

Doesn't that 85mm MAF defeat the purpose of the 102mm TB by being a source of restriction ?
