Default vic jr vs fast 90/90 opinions

so im looking at picking up a friends car thats for sale.... its a 99 with a tsp built 402.... car made 476rwhp through an auto and 12bolt... heres my question, car has a fast 90/90 on it and i was wondering if it would be worth wild to switch to a vic jr/6160.com style lsx elbow combo i have laying around... id really like to get the car to 500+ on the motor , id also consider going to a 4150 tb if the elbow wouldnt cut it ... any input would be appreciated as im kinda new to the ls game...

I did a 427" LS2 build using a single plane intake... port fuel injection... and a 4150 TB. There is info in my build thread about the engine setup and results using a 90 deg elbow.

The single plane setups work great as long as you can get the air in without too much restriction. I drive my car on the street and the single plane setup works great. With a single plane you will gain some power on top and give up some mid range power... so it just depends on what your looking for.

id only run a victor intake with an open 4150 tb, no elbow

id stick with a well ported fast over a vic jr/elbow setup for a street car
