You know ............. I must say Kooks is a great company, their products are well constructed & performance is top shelf.
But .........
- after more than a few people having the same issue with the Fbody item.
- having $3K + out of pocket for a full system.
MAYBE it would be prudent that Kooks stepped in an at least try to help find a solution. We are not asking for miracles .... just another option that fits.

I don't think they care. It's hard to fit mufflers on the car in this configuration. I know their prototype used two sets of bullets. That might work.
Friend of mine went from the Kooks Bullets to the Kooks Oval mufflers and he said it was night and day on the GTO. Similar story on the CTSV. So if they had offered it with the Oval Mufflers, I think we'd all be happier. They are a little smaller than the Magnaflows as well. But they give it tone and reduce the noise a bit and the interior resonance a lot. But they are still wicked loud.
I also looked more into the Spintechs. Apparently they do cost a lot of HP. So I don't know if that's a good idea or not. Of course, being so far from the engine and having two 3" tubes, I don't know if the Spintechs would cost as much power in this configuration. They would fit a hell of a lot better than anything else.
But I hate to hack up such an expensive system.

I've used spin-techs on sprint cars, one of the few mufflers we tried that could handle the revs, take the beating and the heat from the methanol burning in them, and would get us under 100DB some of the tracks require. They scream a bit up top (9800 RPM) but what wouldn't.. ?
The intake noise is as loud as the exhaust from a distance..
I have one on my Jeep, I'm about to replace it has about 75k on it, my 4cyl is relatively beefed up Head/Cam/springs/pistons etc.. (Yea I know don't laugh too hard..) , Mine is finally splitting a seam, but my engine has issues with the factory ECU being unhappy when it comes off power and it pops pretty hard sometimes (Occasional earth shattering Kaboom) .. Its a 20" long with 2.5 inch pipe. Doesn't drone so much as just build sound as the rpms climb, cruising at 60 is fine at 70 its a lot of throat to it.. I have a random tech cat as well .. going from the stock cat and muffler to the random tech & spintech was a 2x increase in volume at least... Of course a Wrangler is a big echoing boom tube on its own,,, so not the best comparison..

That got me to thinking about muffler cfm.
Hooker Maxflows flow as close to an open pipe as bullets do... but much quieter. Some old *** comparison had them at 80db idle, 90 db cruise, and 120db WOT. Pretty much louder than everything else WOT but quieter everywhere else, while making more power. I don't know if they will fit.
They sound deep as hell in this video:

Those Vibrant Resonators I've looked at too. They are just smaller versions of a Magnaflow, Borla, Kooks Oval, or Hooker/Dynomax glass-pack style muffler.
Any of them would work. The Magnaflow and Borla fit where the bullets go. But they are louder than some of the others since they are smaller (but still much quieter than the bullets). The more material you pack into the muffler, the more sound they absorb. One reason I've looked at the Hooker VR304/Maxflow and Dynomax UltraFlo is the cost and the fact that they seem to flow just as well or better. But they are just straight through mufflers with packing material.

Do you have a recording of it now? I would like to hear what you have compared to the change.
