Cammed LS3, Which Hi-Flo Cat?

Not 100% sure, never did an emissions test here before. Where it is currently registered, out of state, it doesn't require emissions, but here I do if I ever needed to register it here.
Kind of want to keep cats on it incase I ever need a sniffer done but the ones that are on there are overheating and also causing my motor to overheat. They appear to be random 3" Bullet Cats, but cant tell what brand they are. One shop commented that they are not true high flow cats but I believe he stated that because they are not gutted.
It's putting down 425 RWHP so I'd imagine with all the drivetrain loss (Stalled and built A4) its making pretty close to 500 at the crank.

The state I live in has Collector Plates for new cars that allow you to bypass emissions testing. You have to have receipts for $5k in upgrades and have another car you drive daily. If it is older than 25 years, you can get Historical Vehicle plates, but you can only drive it to shows, parades, and other related functions. As long as you are not driving it to work or driving daily, they usually do not pay a lot of attention.
