It depends. They all make great products, but I think depending on what the application and intended use is, some brands have better products than others. Mast and Dart make some really nice high end heads but may not be the most user friendly for a mild streetcar. AFR and Trickflow make some really nice heads as well, but I like them more for the mild street car stuff that aren’t trying to inch out every hp.

It would help to describe the engine if you’re looking for recommendations.

But you don't say WHICH cam, springs, retainers, and everything else.
Your trolling methods haven't changed. You are useless.

Camshaft ground to WHICH SPECS??? "Stage 4" means ****.
You are good at avoiding mentioning the important stuff. No secrets if you want help.
How about putting ALL engine specs in this thread instead of making us guess around everything you ask??

Yet you call it a "Stage 4".
With that in mind, NOBODY can recommend heads for you.
No engine info, no head info.
2 can play this game, troll.

I'm always entertained by a Yoji thread, this was not a disappointment.

I'm calling his threads "Yoji-noise"....
And Yoji, if you think I'm being condescending, you're right.
Who but you would ask advice on parts that depend on info on the rest of the setup, yet gives us nothing concrete on said setup?
At least you're cheap entertainment....

sk001/s/0560/bb but to spec a camshaft out it'll take a few hours

This says nothing. Use actual descriptive words.
You ask for a head recommendation yet tell us nothing about the engine they're going on, as I've repeated a few times.
Are you really that thick-headed???

...which tell us nothing of the nature of the engine itself.
An approximate cam spec would be helpful in getting which head to use.
Valvetrain parts mean **** overall. WHICH springs?? Dual, beehive, straight single??
You have an extensive history of starting threads which lead nowhere with very broad, non-specific questions that just waste people's time.
This thread is close to that right now.
