The NW and FAST TB's (and a couple other brands I cant remember) are 5 bolt versions, the bottom 2 holes are the same as the 3 bolt style. They work on the 3 bolt LS1/LS6 intakes and the 4 bolt LS2, LS7, L76, LS3 intakes. The Holley is a 4 bolt version. The professional products ones are the 3 bolt style.

Sounds like you have an 85MM throttle body and a 90MM intake. A Nick Williams has five bolt holes, not three. Look at the pics in this ad. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LS1-L...ayphotohosting
