True.
Of course those very same guys could also be going lower 10s if they had a FAST 90 or 92 with matching TB on there as well.

Ah, the famous "all things being equal". The guy with 425 RWHP is making 400 RWHP at 6300 too. So if all thing s being equal means the 425 rwhp shifts at the same rpm as the other guy, you're probably right. But if that guy shifts at 7k and has 4.10s we know who ETs better.

Build your car for what you want it to do, but if your goal is to be in the low 11s or better NA on stock cubes, then Ported Fast > LS6 intake.

Well Jegs.com changed it's shipping status on the Street warrior manifold from "Ships in 6 weeks" to "Ships in 3-4 weeks" today. I guess they mean it will ship in 3-4 weeks from today. This is officially the first time I see a shipping date move closer... It's also the first time i see a thread being 50 pages long.

By the way we all know it but nobody is really saying it in black and white, that the newly announced Edelbrock Pro-Flo XT Intake Manifold for the LS engines will NOT fit under the hood of a Camaro, Firebird, GTO or even a Corvette. Plus it will NOT take the stock fuel rails. So it's useless to most of us in this forum with our late model cars.

That's what I'd figured, unfortunately.

Thats why I already have a 4 inch cowl hood! Im sure with some "massaging" the pro-flow will fit. If it delivers on its claims of power production and price Im sure plenty of us will make it work.

I just checked Jegs.com and they changed it back to "Ships in 6 weeks".

The better question is are they billing your credit card now if you order it?

Usually when a item is not in stock and you order it, your Credit Card will not be charged with anything till the day it ships

That is why I would never pay for a item on back order . Especially one that has never been truly been tested by anyone other then its maker
