Hell everyone might as well stop reading this thread and just go get a fast 92. If we get enought people we can get a gp on a ported fast 92 going and get it for a little under 1k ported. Just checked the summit website and they have the ship moved back from 11-19 to 12-30. Then about chistmas time it will move back to 2-12-09. Come on weiand this is a bunch of I was supposed to be able to get one of these in august, then september, october and so forth. Whenever the stars alighn and these make it out from their mystical hiding place are we all supposed to run out and get them. Sounds like you cant get the manufacturing process right, so does this mean that everyone that finally gets one will end with some defective intake. I think I'll just get me a ported fast this is a bunch of End rant.

That's BHB (HP @ the crank) so approx. 24 @ the wheels. I don't remember the exact specs on the test engine, but recall it being other than bone stock. In any event, from what I have tested up to 400HP/400TQ & 6300 RPM the LS6 intake is difficult to beat, under the curve as well. Have said it before & will say again, IMO, Weiand has realized that there are no more marketable gains to be had in this area. So, it is probably best to decide where ones power needs are & then to use an existing design, LS6 /Fast/BBK/aluminum Weiand/Edlebrock...etc., & go from there.

Personally I was disappointed..
The Fast so far has the best for the high-end, it's only beat by a custom Sheet Metal Intake or a Victor JR.

The Weiand is making more power than the Fast in the mid-range. What you don't know, probably cause you haven't researched it is that past the 6200(ish)RPM's it drops by more than it gains in the mid-range. For Stroker Engines, it gains more ofcourse, but drops even more.
