Does anyone know what a stock 90mm throttle body flows? If you have the number with at what inches it was flowed at.
Thanks.

About 1100 cfm. The engine software that CompCams sells puts it at that number.

Our billet 90 flows app 35CFM more than a ported LS2....I'm sure some of the others do as well.

I have seen the billet 90's in the 1300+ cfm range.

Now, are any of these billet 90/100mm compatible with drive by wire actuators? If they are, then can a good manifold porter match up a 100mm throttle body to the FAST 90 intake? Or, is this not possible due to the gasket area being broached?

Thanks!

If you look at his website you will see they make them for DBW.
There is a thread about Vengance porting a fast 92 out to 100 I believe somewhere on here.

Yes, Ron does a good job of it & matches 95 & 100mm DBW's. You just need a stock LS1/6 tb to swap the acuator motr & TPS off of & your good to go. On a 383 stroker we just did in a Z06, our 90 billet made app. 10 rwhp more than the stock LS2.

Thanks. I read about the FAST 92mm being ported to a 100mm throttle body several weeks ago. But, I have a 90mm FAST, so there is a difference of .078". If I were to go to a 100mm throttle body my FAST 90mm would need to be enlarged by .393". That is quite a bit. So, a 95mm throttle body seems more reasonable as it is only .198" different overall in diameter.

I do not have an old throttle body for exchange. Moreover, how much bigger is the outside diameter of the throttle body? I still have an air tube that needs to be mounted over the throttle body.

A 95 would be the best for your FAST 90....still an awesome intake. We do sell the acuator & TSP & the wire harness adaptor (acuator is not cheap....gotta buy a complete new TB to get them or find a good used ones).

The air tube (fresh make up air...) can be eliminated and a remote breather used in place of it....

Say, thanks for all the information, but I'm trying to keep things simple.

What is the outside diameter of your billet 95mm throttle body? And, how much bigger is it than the factory 90mm unit?

My 2006 GTO is configured for drive-by-wire and I already have a Lingenfelter cold air intake.
