I'm sure you're in-need of it with a whooping 433 hp.

Guys, we're still working on it. It's a VERY busy time of year, and if we devoted all our time to one project and none of the others then there'd be another thread with everyone mad that we haven't done anything on the aftermarket casting cylinder head, etc. It's in the works, and we'll release it and make a new post as soon as it's ready to go. We've got it on a few local-ish cars right now for testing and quality assurance. We're getting close! Thanks.

I personally think this is the smart way to go, get some seat time, seat of the pants time, and dyno time on it and be confident that once youre satisfied with those results it can be released with the least issues possible and everyone is happy.

Ive been anxiously awaiting one of these for my combo aswell, but I will keep waiting and if it gets to the point where I decide I believe to be unable to wait any longer, I'll go with the next closest option. No bitching involved, as that solves nothing.

Usually when a motor blows, you put a new one in right? And if I'm going bigger then I would need this lid right? Ya... Sit down

Thanks Jaime! We're consumers too and know it's hard to wait sometimes, but we just don't have enough hours in the day to do all we want and need to get done these days.

Yeah I really want one because I bought all of my stuff (heads, cam, intake, throttle body, injectors, rails, 100mm maf) at the sametime from texas speed and was told the lid would'nt take long. That "would'nt take long" was when they first came out with the maf. I really don't want to buy the fast toys lid because I know as soon as I do they will come out with it. Sorry just venting a little bit of my frustration/situation.

I sent Jason a PM and he replied saying that he was told the lids would be ready in a few more weeks.

Oh, and I sent him the PM before the other TSP guys replied in here. Just got the reply back a few days ago.

guys, seriously, why dont more people go out on a LIMB and try the 85 and dipping it in boiling water. you guys are really gonna wait on a hundred dollar part to finish your cars that have 10K+++++ into the motor alone, let alone the entire drive train?

some people need to just do it! what could the 98mm ID really hurt?

my thinking is im going to have 12K in my engine alone, and im still about 6 months out from being complete, plus the 2800 in the trans and 1500 in the clutch so 16,300 later......im still holding out for the big lid.

but is 2mm that much bigger? srsly? and if you can open it up to 100mm with a simple dip in boiling water, what MORE do you want from a lid? isnt the whole point that its 100mm?

not to knock tsp on their yet to be unveiled product but i think people are worrying just a little bit TOO much about, again, a hundred dollar air lid.
