I'd heard you want a minimum of .100 for N/A.
The best thing you can do is take your block to have it sonic checked. From what I understand most all of them can go to 4.080" safely. I have also heard about 1 in 5 can go to 4.100" safely. But they absolutely need to be checked. It depends on the shop you talk to but you don't want to run less than .100" cylinder wall thickness in an N/A application- horsepower dependent of course.
