Default 6.2 pistons in a iron 6.0

Can i use my stock crank and rods and just bore it to fit 6.2 pistons? the reason i ask is i have scored cyl walls and this is the cheapest way for me right now.

You can to bore the 6.0 block to 4.06" and get new pistons.

Not every LQ4/LQ9 block can take a 0.06" overbore. To go that far over, have the block sonic tested first.
