Default Why is my new LS3 smoking on decel or hard accel

Need some help , I have a brand new LS3 with L92 heads and stock intake manifold and on hard accel or arrgessive driving it smokes mostly on decel but is not limited to smoking just on decel it can and will smoke on accel also , smoke appears to be oil ( or light blue in color ) under normal driving conditions engine does not smoke at all , tail pipes are very black giving the impression the motor is running very rich , I changed all the plugs after the first 280 miles and 4 of the 8 are tan in color and appear to be normal the other 8 appear to be running very rich but do not appear to be oil fouled could this be due to the way i have the engine ventelated?

its basically the stock set up , i have the hose going from the intake back to the crankcase and one going from the right side valve cover to the throttle body and for what it's worth they are Katech valve covers ( no breather ) everything in the motor is brand new

Thanks , to my knowledge it's the stock valley pan , i see the hose circled in red and mine goes from there back to the port directly below it into the motor , how important is the breather on the oil fill hole ? does it need a way to get air in?

That was a system that revxtreme sells.

Your pcv needs to be on that hose I circled.

Take a good look at how the stock system vents both valve covers ( ties them together)

One thing is, a lot of oil goes from the little vent tube on the passenger side valve cover to the tb when you have your system running the way it sound like you have. Its red in the picture above.

You said you have one hose going from the crankcase or valley cover to the intake correct? That is where the pcv goes. Dont have one in there?

Do you have any vent or hose coming off the driver side valve cover?
If not my guess is your eating oil from the vent tube as well.

Do some reading and some searching on here about the pcv system.
