LS7 vs LS3
(oh and the cam sensor is relocated in the front, im assuming the block has everything all u need to do is splice wires to the rear cam sensor so it can reach to the front of the engine
happy modding! ls3s and ls7 swaps are both the same work to do to drop in a 4th gen f-body
They both use late style crank/knock sesors, so it would be similar as far as install goes.

All I was asking is if there is any extra work as far as adaptations or fitment issues to make an LS7 fit in an ls1 fbody as oppose to an LS3...

but that is just my personal preference, there are plenty of people running boosted ls7's at over 1000whp with not to many issues.
