Question What kind of N.A. long block would you build under 10K?

If you wanted to have a long block built for N.A. pump gas under 10K, What would it be? 418ls3? 427LS3? 440LS7? would like to hear your opinions.

Please list:
Block
C.I.
Heads
Compression
Cam
(Not including headers & intake)

Is it okay to put in potential builds, like a 427 or 440 built with the LSX or LQ9 block?

If it was me for under 10k,
LQ9 (4.03" bore) or LSX block (4.155 or 4.125 bore)
Callies 4 or 4.1" crank
Wiseco forged pistons
Texas Speed CNC ported L92/LS3 head with 0.65" lift valve spring update
10.5 compression
Comp cams camshaft and pushrods
I'm oldschool and I hate figuring out EFI, so I'll get a Holley 770 or 870 cfm carb and L92 intake
