so many things but just to name a few

valve train that will supprt this specially springs so you wont have valve float
and a camshaft that operates in the 7500 rpm range

light wieght rods and pistons helps alot

and ofcoarse a suffecient oil supply

and then of coarse you will need to tune it and there are some people who dont like to tune high rpm engines just because of the fact that there will be a higher chance of an unwanted accident so also ask your local tuners

My motor is a Late Model Engines LQ9 408 forged top to bottom an ARP equipped short block good to 500 shot of nitrous or 40lbz's of boost so i'm sure revving this bitch out won't be an issue. What upper end parts do i need an whats a better oil pump to run???

If you are running ANYWHERE near 500 shot 40 LBS of boost, and you are asking this question on a forum, let someone else do it. Whatever shop that does it will know what is needed. If they dont find a new shop.

You misunderstood what i said... Will Ls7 Lifters be good for revving over 7000? The short block an the rotating assembly is good for either or with the power choice although i'm going nitrous with a fogger.

If you are going to stay hydraulic you are going to need some light valves (titanium) and some good lifters ( The new lunati stuff is nice) Geometry is going to play a big part as well.

The camshaft profile as well as duration numbers and the valvetrain parts are what will take you there.

You need the right:

Heads, Intake, Lobes, Lifters, pushrods, rockers, springs, valves.

The LS7 lifters are alright but not the best for xtreme hi rpm but mainsly you need the whole system to be in tune or you will have issues.

HaHaHA.... You lil fruity ******.... LMFAO Whats up bro? I have everything i need on the heads an camshaft.... Car nevers hooks spins at 70MPH on nittos with 4:10's an still couldn't shift... Gotta love the stock master problems... It's getting retuned, new wheels, tires, master cylinder, slave, TOB, shifter, intake, an TB. So i'm trying to figure out what parts are gonna let me rev past an hold up for a season on the street...

It isnt just something you throw together after the fact.

solid lifters alone will greatly increase rpm potential but the valvetrane noise will be loud.

Hehe yeah they'll know whats up when i get it re-tuned, being able to shift, hookin, an the jug on it... It won't be forever, but right now i'm buying the right stuff to make the car more friendly to the abuse all of the parts are going to see this year. I'm really getting tired of these **** talking mustang ******* who suck each other dicks on the weekdays before every weekend cruise to feel better about driving slow *** 2 valves thinkin they are gonna put it on me... Never in the history did this old saying change... lol You can polish a turd, but when ever you wake up the next day it's still a turd boys!!! LMFAO. You know you an i are hated by everyone up there because when are jeckle an hyde... M6/Auto, Stock wheels/Drag Radials, Stock Intake... LMFAO still puttin it on these boys an gettin slapped on the rist for fighting back on the boards. When we finally get all of our **** together running we should go out dig an roll racing these clowns who think they got it at true green... Enough funny talk bout these STL Fruity Homo's

The car has everything it needs to rev that high except for, Ls7 Lifters, Stock Ls3 offset Rockers, Stock L76 Intake, an 92MM Ported... So i'm trying to figure out what it needs to make this happen otherwise? Vic Jr. Intake, 4150 Fast TB, Moroso or Lingenfelter Pump.
