Default $500 for pushrods, what a rip

Well not if they are these 3pc manton pushrods

Performance Induction LS7 heads we found 7/16 pushrod will clear exhaust side,
intake can only clear 3/8" so we had it tapered to 7/16 on the lifter end.

heres what they're going into

stay tuned....

True just pushrods we normally sell for $100, these are a USA made and material, custom set of pushrods, tool steel ends. 7/16, .165" wall.

Trend I can get 1 pc .135" wall 3/8" pushrods for around $200 per set.

I just got a set from Trend 7/16 dual taper .165 wall for both intake and exhaust for a standard deck LSX with PI-LXR heads. They were 15.99 each. I am sure the Manton ones are great but I would not pay double the price. I seriously doubt there is enough of a difference to warrant twice the cost. I have purchased directly from Trend for years and have had excellent performance and customer service. Of course, I don't have access to a spintron to prove they are working as they should but my engines usually run pretty well. Trend is a supplier to many of the other 'name brands' out there. They just etch someone else's name into the side of each piece.

Whats short lift to you? under .550 lobe lift?

Are you referring to the valvetrain weight?

How much lobe are you calling "a lot of lift"? Aren't those rockers a 1.850 pivot length? I have done an SB2.2 (brand new heads from HRD flowing past .900, not cup left-overs) which had 1.850 pivot rockers, 1.75 rocker ratio and a .500+ lobe with no issues. What sort of issues are you talking about? Not trying to be a smart ***, just curious...
