I am really close to pulling the trigger and think after much research and help from several people posting an all LSL lobe cam might be a real nice stick along with the comp 26926 springs.
231/235? .617/.621
Or
235/239? .621/.624
Anybody run either of these in an LS2?
I was considering spin monsters camshaft 230/236 .629 .641 114lsa
Luckily enough my tuner recently tuned dumthree ls3 powered vehicles dumwith that same camshaft along with a fast intake and nick Williams 102mm throttle body along with headwork and compression bump.
That car made 494rwhp which is excellent.
After looking at the dyno curves the power drops off very quickly after 4700rpm.
Now, I'm getting the lingenfelter gt1-1 camshaft which is a 229/242 .631 .631 114.5lsa
This cam was also installed on an ls3 with the same work as the other one mentioned except it had a ported stock throttle body.
This car made 511rwhp and about 20lb/ft more torque.
The torque curve was very interesting.
From below 3200 the car made about 8hp less than the spin monster cam, but from about 3400 the lingenfelter made more power and it kept increasing till the red line without cutting off.
Now, there is a lot of negatives about wide splits but this lingenfelter cam worked extremely well.
Dunno, maybe lingenfelter know a thing or two.
What do you think of lingenfelter cams? I'm
Cheers
Comp 235/239 .621/.624 112+4 with the comp 26926 springs.
My Underdrive Pulley is on back order till Dec.6, should have results a week or two after I get all the parts.
I missed this thread somehow..

John, let me know what your outcome is, please. I am between Pat's 234/242 and another on as well as the Tsunami but on EPS lobes...I'm all over the place.
