Contact Brian Nutter from Wiseco Pistons. He helped me a great deal on my pistons for a 6.0L 4.07" bore, 4.100" Compstar crank and Eagle 6.125" rods. He is a member on this site, screen name is: briannutter .
Good luck. Oh, if you plan to use nitrous, I'd stick to a 4.03" bore. That is 418".

Wiseco offers a +3cc dome piston, which with the GM MLS gasket and a 70cc chamber would net you about 11.6:1. That, with the right cam and tune, could still be very pump gas friendly. OR, their -11cc dish, with a .040" gasket and milling the heads down to about 63cc would net you 11.0:1 static compression. I can get you into either piston set (which includes a steel top/napier 2nd ring set, coated skirts, etc) for $759.99 plus shipping!

Not really enough info to tell, but those were likely their shelf-stock K450X7 or K454X7 pistons

Yes, they were a shelf piston......not the newest series, the last one. K-450X7 I think.

Chances are those aluminum rods won't fit the block, won't fit the cam, won't fit the pistons. Theirs a couple things you can do before ordering to help make them fit, like 1.888" rod journal, 3/8" rod bolts kinda help but seems they don't change the dimension of the rod with smaller bolts. Raised cam helps.

Then look at the "above pin" thickness, if its anymore then .250" it won't fit a shelf wiseco.

If you're building it yourself i'd suggest compstar rods, need the least amount of work compared to other brands (ie Eagle). Closest you will find to a rod being ready to install out of the box.

I agree with Frasier, the Compstar is hard to beat for a fairly budget oriented rod! They also have a bit better clearance to pan and other rotating parts due to their design!
