Gotta have all the pieces of the puzzle to answer that...

What cc are the heads? What thickness head gaskets do you plan to use? What will the deck height be?

I can tell you that's a huge dish, and if your going for a N/A setup, they won't be the pistons you need.

Im running a d1 procharger with 3.4 pulley.. the 243 will be close to stock..just a clean up if any. 64 cc i believe and 317s run 70-72 cc but i can have them milled to be just right. and gaskets close to stock.. im open at this point.

With a GM MLS gasket and the 64cc LS6 heads, you'll be at about 9.1:1 static. Throw a .040" gasket on that same combo and it nets you 9.3:1 static. With the GM MLS and the 72cc 317's, you'll net 8.5:1 static. Throw the .040" gasket on and mill the 317's to 70cc and you net 8.8:1 static.
