Better valve control. Less likely to have valve float

Are there any wear concerns when it comes to the valves or the valve seats?

I must say - Barbara Streisand sings very well at 7500 RPMs.

The valves were coated "to suit unleaded fuel and steel valve seats"...it's what they wrote on my invoice, but the process is nothing secret.

And I am not bored to listen to the same song everyday!!!!!!!!!

Valve-float or valve-train instability starting at 5800 rpm and power falling on its nose at 6200 rpm...

What cam lobes, rockers and lifters are you running? Very long peak powerband and it doesn't drop like a rock either. Very nice.

- OEM LS6 Rockers Comp Cam Bearing upgraded by SStrokerAce
- PSI LS 1512 ML Valve Springs
- Xceldine XRE52S Retainers
- Xceldine XLO992-C Titanium Valve Locks
- CV Products CV8050 Push Rods. 8.050 x 3/8 x 0.080
- Morel MRL 4708 Hydraulic Hi-Lift LS Roller Lifters
- GM Hydraulic Lifter Guides
- Camshaft by Ed Curtis FTI, I asked him how I wanted the engine to behave, where I wanted my power to be, he send me the Barbara Streisand Camshaft tailored for my needs...
The only way to have the cam-specs was to "cam-doctor" it...which I did but will not share by respect to Ed work.
Mainly smaller than it seems, and a lot smaller than some others around here, with not that much of lift...
