They look like junk. I'll let you know how they work holding my door open. LOL. Heard ALOT of good things about MAST heads.

what is the big difference in the heads, i herd that the ls3 head is a good head but the ex-valve was to small, is there any change in the size compared to stock.

Default I'ts all in the flow....

just compare the numbers, and the C Cs, [intake ports volume] then the deck-or base of the head thickness, there's no comparison ...

Get these put on yet? I'm wondering how much of a power difference these would be from getting my LS3 heads CNCd. I would be getting the large bore ls3 mast heads if I got them.

What intake? solid roller setup? I've heard of two motors making 950fwhp N/A with those heads with a solid roller, 14.5 compression, and the Mast intake. Either way they are some awesome heads and you made a very wise choice IMO.

Large bore heads require 4.125 inch bore - may as well get MAST's LS7 heads at this point, price nearly the same.

To the OP - great looking heads. What are your goals? I'm interested in how this build turns out. Can you send more details on cam? FAST or LS3 intake?

I seen the mast LS3 11 deg heads pick up 52 rwhp and 5 mph OUT THE BOX over stock LS3 heads in a camaro, so yeah they work.

I'd like to know that as well, the GMPP CNC LS3 heads are what I bought for my 408 build and are half the cost, it would have to blow them out of the water for me to buy the Mast Black Labels.

Better valve angle, great flow numbers, beefy castings & quality valvetrain components I really dont see how you could go wrong with these. Just about the best LS heads youre gonna find anywhere.

goal is to have a 9 sec street car i can drive anywhere. im using the ls3 intake since mast said there is only a 7hp gain over stock ls3 with the fast 102. the cam is 238/248-650/650-110.
