LS7 with a LS6 oil pan swap in a 98 vert.
TEC is putting together a LS7 (wet sump/24 reluctor) to swap into my 98 TA convertible. The LS6 pan fits nicely on the LS7. But, I am not sure if there will be a fitment issue in the F-body convertible. Does any one know if the LS7 with a LS6 oil pan will fit in the TA?

Can you specify if its a corvette batwing or ctsv oilpan. I think theyre different. Might try this thread. It has some measurements.https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...-oil-pans.html

The engine builder (TEC) is throwing in the LS6 CTSV pan at no additional cost. And, I was trying to keep the LS1 complete for resale purposes since it will still have the intake, TB, water pump, as well as the harness and ECU (I am also swapping the 1998 for a 2000 ECU and harness). But, if the LS7/LS6 CTSV oilpan combo will not fit, I might have to use the LS1 pan.
