gen 4 4.8 pistons with gen 3 5.3 rods?

Default gen 4 4.8 pistons with gen 3 5.3 rods?
I know throwing 4.8 pistons in a 5.3 raises compression but is there any wrist pin difference on gen 4 4.8's and gen 3 5.3's?

Yes the pin diameter is different from gen 3 to gen 4 .
