well took the car for a spin the other night... After a solid run out forth from a 20 roll.. I tried a 40 roll in 2nd and well mid 2nd I felt like pop and the car coasted to a stop.. Goes through gears fine, engine runs great, full clutch pressure and no leakage found... here's a video of this.. Tell ya this stuff is starting to get aggravating to the point where I almost want to return it to bone stock and just buy another bike to feed my adrenaline

Exactly what I been looking for. I guess if I wanted the strongest n/a ls2 I would go with the trick flow's with fast combo, and all the other high dollar stuff. .. I didn't have that much cash at the time so I went with what I could afford..You get what you pay for but I'm happy with the build.. I have a bullet proof drive train and a strong engine.

looks like the gears in the trans are slipping. i had the same issue. ended up having new gears put in and back notched. from that point on the trans never gave me another issue. in fact it felt way stronger than before

Was supposed to been... I have no clue how this happened the way it did... Must of been a bad part from the get go... There wasn't any wheel hop and it happened towards mid-high of 2nd gear pull.. It's like I hit 500shot and the main shaft snapped/spline stripped.. Useally when big name shop parts tell you what there parts can handle I useally go with that number.. If I'm right the basic rpm lvl 5 transmission is rated for 700rwhp? Maybe a little higher

odd that an RPM built trans broke from just driving it on the street from a roll... think anything else is causing problems? Seems like you're having quite a few gremlins in the clutch/trans department.

Yeah and it seems to be the Tick master or the RPM trans or the Monster clutch....

Yes Ikr... well it's not the clutch/slave torque tube... in the video you can hear the syncros working... so power is getting there.. I put the car on stands and rotated the rear tires and they seem they wasn't even in gear... no clunking so the diff is good.. only thing comes to mind is the main shaft

sounds about right, but still with the power your're making even a stock main shaft shouldnt break like that from a roll. Still have a warranty on it right?

this is jeremy message from cf... Great guys.. I don't think it's warrantied in any way but he's still going to take car of me...
I got your message on facebook. It definately sounds like the mainshaft failed. At your power level the stock 27 spline shaft "should" have been sufficient. I am launching my 570rwhp LS7 C5 at 6000+rpm on a slick tire with the stock mainshaft. I don't recommend a 9310 mainshaft unless the customer has a stock spline differential and doesn't want to have it resplined for the factory C6 Z06 30 spline mainshaft. Unfortunitely the 9310 mainshafts are 3 weeks from being ready to ship. Your best/fastest option would be to get the trans and diff out of the car and let us pick them both up. Then we will install a C6 Z06 mainshaft and machine your pinion gear for the 30 spline shaft.

Let me know what works best for you.I got your message on facebook. It definately sounds like the mainshaft failed. At your power level the stock 27 spline shaft "should" have been sufficient. Yep.. RPM trans ftw.. I'm glad I have their trans in my car. Quite a bit more extreme than yours but well worth it.

I been hearing... Apparently I don't know how to drive, horrible mechanic, I don't have any sense of knowledge about cars, and I get "drugged" by guys I never meet or raced.. That's coming from a few sources.. I have no reason to argue with Yal..bet assure after I get the trans back there just might be a call out thread on ls1tech and hopefully I can get some runs from the most infamous **** talkers coming from Rwhp. I don't care if I lose it'll still be posted so please keep that in mind. Saying I don't know how to build cars but yet most of you guys haven't done more then simple bolt ons.. Not all yall but a majority.. I'll be the first to admit most my issues was due to rookie mistakes

Do I qualify as one of these "infamous **** talkers" you speak of from RWHP.us?
