Pulled my nitrous kit out of my closet and blew the dust off of it today. Im finally comfortable giving this engine what its been waiting for. =)
The nitrous and purge solenoids are in the brake box(mirroring the fuel solenoid inside the box. I wanted to get both in there but they just wouldnt fit.

I got the correct silicone elbow to be able to run my maf. I was going to just go back to speed density but the AFR is all over the place with temp change. It runs much smoother with the MAF ive noticed..so its staying on.

If that is the case then the cam has to of been ground wrong because it was absolutely awful and I was about 5 minutes away from taking a deposit and parting my car out. This cam has brought new life into the car and has made it what I was hoping it would be in the first place.
Something that no one has mentioned and makes a HUGE difference on engine power characteristics is advertised duration. You take a cam with an aggressive ramp like the one you just put in and its going to be a hell of a lot better on response/vacuum than something that has slower ramps and miles of advertised to make up for shitty valve springs, etc.
Note, that vacuum sounds exactly like what I get with 247/254 in my 416.
BTW, what is your compression ratio? I'm at 11.7:1 and my 247 is snappy ALL the way through the RPM range. I hit the 7000rpm limiter when racing it and don't even feel it coming.
The LSLs are just excellent cams.
