Default 58x to 24x conversion?!?

I look everywhere but i only fing the conversion wiring from LPE.

Can you change a 58x engine into a 24x ?

Sure, take the crank out and change the reluctor wheel.

Sorry im new to internals.

Could i use all the internals from a 6.0 lq4 on a ls2?
And would 317 heads work on a ls2 or ls3?

317 heads came on lq4/lq9 iron varients but they work across all platforms.

Most of the lsx stuff is interchangeable

Well i may pick up a ls3. Throw some 317s on it with some boost goodies and use my ls6 intake and get a good crank with a 24x reluctor.

The ony thing is im so indecisive...
Would the front accessories an oil pan off an ls3 fit in a fbody?

That ls6 intake is a pos for what youre wanting to do along wih those 317s. If you get an ls3 stick with ls3 heads, they have a 68cc chamber, outflow the 317s by a longshot, and the ls3 intake is lightyears ahead of the ls6

Be more specific on the F Body? What Year? On the Reluctor you can get just the Reluctor from the crank changed to 24x or change the whole crank, or use the LPE converter box.

I dont want the box. Lol

But i found that dealerships sell the relucters for $20 or so

This may be going in a 99 trans am

I have sk many senarios running thru my head

Im think aluminum ls2 bottom end and ls3 top end
