On the pushrods..
When you order pushrods, aren't most companies advertising with gauge length? You measured end to end. What pushrods did you order?
I used my regular comp pushrod checker with my johnson lifters and didn't have any issues. One turn is .050 yes, but that also means half a turn is .025, so you can still get a pretty close measurement with that tool.
The only better way I see is using your tool, then sending that directly to the pushrod manufacturer.

Regarding the clutch this is a really good thread highlighting the Mamofied RPS BC2 Clutch....it IS the ultimate clutch you will ever install in your vehicle.

Yes the "ready to go pushrods" are gauge length.
With the tool I used, I measured them end to end and Tony Mamo custom order them from Manton Pushrods.
For regular Comp Cams pushrod checker, I was using it before when building my old 347ci. But truly, you cannot guarantee 100% that the position you choose for the checker will not change (flip a little by your hands when install), during the installation/removing of rockers or removing the checker to count the turns.
Not to mentioned that the 0.025" is not considered to be "PRETTY CLOSE MEASUREMENT" in mamofied builds Tony is very serious when it comes to valvetrain.
It might be easier with stock rocker. But with aftermarket rockers like what I have, It will be impossible to adjust the checker while the rocker is there. You need to remove the rockers for every check. Not to mention that Tony requested to check all the 16 pushrods. Not bad if you have a red Marlboro lol

No need.....you simply measure them from end to end with an 8 or 12" dial caliper. That's the best and easiest method to get accurate results. Counting turns is hack in comparison and you can get the tool you need from Harbor freight for under $50.....it will come in handy for other projects
Edit, just saw they are custom ordered Manton.

Wish the thread will come back alive with some dyno numbers or a video or something.

Hopefully he is having way too much fun driving this beast to post. I am quite curious as to how this turned out. A lot of quality parts went into this, it only seems that we could expect some pretty awesome results.
