What is your combo? You may not see big gains with MAST heads vs. ported stock castings

MAST and AllPro are probably the 2 best LS7 street heads available but you pay a premium of about $1500-2000 more for what amounts to 10-15 more flywheel HP. If you're going max effort, then yes. If not I'd look at ported LS7 heads, PRC or TFS

In that case, you're better off porting the stock LS7 heads. A FAST manifold will still hold the engine back enough that you won't see gains with MAST heads over ported stock heads that justify the additional cost in my opinion.

I sent my heads to Frankenstein and they're absolutely great looking. A friend of mine has FRH ported LS7 heads, btr stage 4 cam, headers, stock intake, throttle body and stock compression and is putting down a little over 590 rwhp

Ive seen too many people use the MSD and make no more power than a FAST, conversely, Ive seen as may dynos say the MSD made more power but I haven't seen anyone report track times yet.
A ported LS7 (stock intake) is only about 10hp behind a ported FAST but wont cost you $900+.

No experience with it but I know because its Ligenfelter, it would be a proven combo. That said, I'd consult Brian Tooley or Martin Smallwood if yo haven't bought anything.

I have PRC 285's, a ported LS7 intake and 1 3/4 headers with cats and make 580/507 with a very flat torque curve.

I have a friend that has Texas Speeds 265 cnc program on his LS7 heads, a FAST, Katech Torquer and 1 7/8 or 3/4 headers and makes 580/520 so you dont need much to get their and both combos make more than 660hp.

I have never heard anything bad about Frankenstein heads and wouldn't hesitate to use stock ls7 heads and intake ported by FRH. With a Martin Smallwood cam, you should be looking at right around 600hp. So much fun...

RHS Pro Elite LS7 heads. If you go on Chris Frank's website, he has porting options for them as well.
