even if he shows....who is to say he is gonna pay.....I bought a house a while back and in the contract, i told the sellers the $4000 fridge stays.....moving day comes.....the bitch took the fridge...she said the 30+yr old olive green fridge in the garage stays.....bull ****....we took her too court and won the settlement for $4000, 3 years ago, and still haven't gotten paid......your gonna have to put a lein on his property(s)....if he has any.....good luck...you know damn well our judicial systems and courts are b/s........good luck with that. ...
