Blended BR285s (12degree), Ported MSD, Stroked w/.720” lift cam

But other parts of their business stagnate.
Outdated cams proliferate their catalog, which is extremely difficult to navigate to find a lot of things.

Finally crammed it in the FRC !
693 at Westech with a Holly dominator but will hopefully translate to 610 or so on the rollers with the ported MSD and the right tune. But whatever just glad to get this close to the finish line.
That at is all
oh yea, can anybody ID those coils packs ?
I dig the breather, why do some builds go that particular route.
i notice they reused my old catch can, I wonder if I will still need it ?

I'd put a non-vented fill cap where the breather is. Your catch can is pretty much useless since it will only pull air from that valve cover and not the whole crankcase as intended.
Another downside to the breather is the oil/fuel smell inside the car.

Note the c6 zo6 modified Cold air Intake.

Thanks man. This forum is a great resource for knowledge at least for me.
It it has a Waldron 450@LPH fuel pump.
I am going to get a c6 alternator and ditch the original I think. To be safe, I can’t wait to see what it does on the rollers.
I know it is dumb but 600 RWHP would be cool as long as it is totally drivable and I am told the right tune is worth its weigh in gold on that.

My prediction with a Ported Fast 102 and 1 3/4" LTs you will make 570 RWHP Max < 6500 RPM,
Peak Torque will be ~ 4800 RPM with a fatter and earlier torque curve than you have now.
I made 690 HP on that same Dyno at West Tech with my 396" LLSR with Mid Length Fast @ 7100-7300 RPM
and 590+ RWHP in my 99 C5 (with 90 mm LS2 TB vs 102 on dyno & 2 1/2" Exhaust when tested)
You will lose about ~100 through the driveline on an accurate Dyno Jet, another ~20 from
the FAST, and 6-8 more from the small headers. That said your throttle response will be Wicked especially
with 4.10s Hope you have stock in your favorite Tire Co, LOL!

Agreed; I have a similar combo, ERL 434 and PRC heads with LG 1 3/4 headers and a 24x/25x .650 cam and made 582 at the wheels (515 TQ) with my 19" CCW's on. Stock speedlines dyno'd 12whp more.
This with a ported LS7 intake and a TPIS 90MM TB. Snappy as hell

Thanks man, I read the same thing about the fumes but I have no real world experience. I also read that the breathers assist more in supercharged applications but I assume there was a valid reason on this particular build. I will inquire about why they are keeping the catch can but these guys do top notch work and I cannot imagine they would add (keep) something detrimental.
Note the c6 zo6 modified Cold air Intake.

Your ventilation system will be a problem. The breather and can need to go and get a real system or you're gonna push out seals and or have endless oil leaks.
I ultimately went to this:

Looks like D154A Coils, truck coils I believe

Thanks man, are they any better than any other coil ?
Just curious why they might not have wanted to use my old LS1 coils ?
I have come to find there are a few guys running breathers and catch cans but that is one sweet combo Millennium.
You think I may blow seals & have oil leaks by running both (!?) on a 434 N/A build ?

My 434 did at sustained high rpm pulls (3rd and 4th), it would leak from the valve cover gaskets and the oil fill cap. What's your ring gap?
I vented both valve covers with -10 lines into a MM draft can

I’m trying an oil cap breather on mine and hoping it doesn’t make a mess. I don’t have a clean place to put a breather can in my engine bay.
As something to consider, GM never ran any engine with a 4” stroke without a dry sump.
My 4” stroke ls2 consumes a lot of oil and it all comes from the stock PCV system. I’ve never had issues beyond puffs of smoke and needing to keep the oil topped up.

693 Crankshaft @ WesTech to 641 RWHP........ 52 HP Drivetrain Loss??
Not Possible, Especially going from Single Plane Intake with Dominator Carb to Ported MSD,
1 7/8 LTs to 1 3/4 LTs , 2 1/2" Exhaust? (not sure), with Titanium C5 Z06,McCloud Twin Disc,
and 4.10s. A perfectly optimized exhaust and driveline in a C5 would be between 70-80 HP
Differential.
Looking forward to Graph.
