Iron block 4.065

Can someone tell me whitch iron block can be bored to 4.065 (stock LS3) or if there is a aluminium block that can.
I have a rotating assy with pistons@ 4.065 and tried them in a brand new block but clearance was a little to sloppy, and I don’t want to sleeve it.

Thanks a lot. I guess the LQ9 is pretty much te same block. Am I right?

LQ4 and LQ9 are the same block.

You have a stock LS3 block and the pistons are too lose? Any reputable machine shop would advise you to have the block sonic tested before boring to that size.

I bought a new LS3 block for a rotating assembly I already have, but the piston to wall clearance was a little to loose so I ended up using the block for a 416 build. Now I’m looking for a block that can be bored to 4.065 so I’ll get the clearance right.
