With LS7 valves you can set up taller installed height 1.960" is stock. 1237x at 1.850" installed height makes room for .750 lift and lightens up on the spring pressure a little.
Reasons for asking the cam manufacturer for spring rate/open pressure? 🤔💭 So buffing a Softer Spring for 8k and not looking for Trouble? Valve Float and Wonder Y🤔

🤔 Reasons for asking the 1st Statement. Kills Any ?

Lol the lobe designer recommended springs that are 180 on the seat and 600 open and suggested I move away from the 1238x. They were excited to learn about the 1237x when I shared that back to them as another option instead of the $1000+ circle track springs.

⛏️ (= pick) a cam: Then reference what is sent thru a pm as far as: Lift/duration/lift @.200/overlap/ etc..Lastly 👉What Spring pressure/seat pressure is Wanted or springs are recommended👈 😂🤣
A hydraulic Spring Pressure is Different than what a S/R may be asking? Reason for the ❓

On the Studs you maybe able to do the ER taught Trick....Swap Truions >Tap for bigger studs Move on. Comp cams LS rocker Truions will Swapp for Comp cam BBC 7/16 Truion. If T&D sells other Stud Mounted rockers they May Swapp.

Valve Springs breaks Rarely but, if You've got Good Lifters it's Best to Have More Control of the valve than 🚫🤔

Just seen your post 👆 Always caution on the Safe side and if the manufacturer Has seen both Springs go with there Recommendation 👍😉
