It's getting really old and I'm not getting any younger so I'm gonna finish the 99 and see where it all goes from there..
Anyway my point is, its free and it shouldn't be. I waste so much time reading through people's babble, I would pay for information that I want.
You've done enough cool builds Mavn that you could easily contribute.
It's so awesome to watch a 10 minute video and learn what would take all day reading threads. I'm still surprised by combinations and I've been playing for 15 years.
These engines are making damn near the power my supercharged 383 SBC did with a 236 cam. It's impressive.
I still have not seen the info I want on the L92 heads, there are still some mysteries there for me and many other folk.
Now that I've contributed to mucking it up more.....

Many dynos I see have had had too many changes to truly know the effect of each component. Or the dyno curve starts so high it makes you wonder what the low end losses were. A good street engine (in my personal preference) has many more factors to deal with than just WOT top end hp. Actually a dyno is a poor tool for measuring street ability, doesnt take into account tip in torque or part throttle tq, but if smaller ports or smaller cam can get similar top end goals then I assume it will make a better curve and more tip in. Efficiency I suppose is what I get excited over. I'm rambling.
Get the Compression up as with Mavn. Bigg port Heads? Smaller cam and Compression up. Small port and Matching cam? Get the Comp up = getting the most with ones buck $
On the mag articles....I just Threw away All my old Mags about 2 months ago. As you said the Websites doesn't show what the mag's did in terms of power and listing. Richard has the Layover Graphics 📈 👍
but the Mag's thrown away...

glad to see. The dropped valve didnt discourage you. It merely paved to way for a stroker lol. Who build the shortblock? Heads, cam and intake?
