More similar than different little more Draggy with a 6k+ stall
Little less compression i think 12.8 @ 418 ci S/R 260 degrees of duration on the nose at .050 .730+ lift. CID intake was later uses to go faster and better ET.

When if your going for Hp with a Custom engine build why not get something created just for yourself...
The differences in Flyin running a 9.2 et with less cam was the weight difference at 2790lbs

Interest rates are low right now so it's a great time to purchase or refinance home. Our property value alone is worth almost three times what we paid for it back in 2014 which of course means higher property taxes but we'll take it. Just glad to have a piece of Texas where my neighbor isn't right on top of me.
Anyone know how to take out a mortgage without buying a property? Id like to start paying on a mortgage now with such low interest rates so by the time I buy/build I've already got the cash and have been paying off a low mortgage rate.
Difficult to find a lender to lend on just land as they tend to want the whole enchilada! Also finding a good tract of land suitable to build on can also be a challenge because it may be in a floodplain or the land makes it more costly to build on or perhaps it's in a deed restricted community where your paying annual dues for people to tell you what you can and cannot do there. One good way to find land cheap is to go by a county tax assessor office and the county clerk's office to find lands that are being sold for back taxes. Oftentimes you will not know where this land is and will need to have it surveyed by a land surveyor in order to ascertain where its location is on the ground.

Houston use to be great on Cost....now that everyone knows, everything has gone up as More and more people have moved to TX. There building Homes in areas never thought about.
3 story homes in the use to be Hood. Now called gentrification. Although Still hood. Houstons still cheaper than 90% on per Sq ft for a home Vs any big City.

I agree with you and I don't think it's going to get cheaper. if anything living is only getting more expensive. My parents moved all the time growing up which I hated and I found myself moving my family around from one apartment complex to another while my cars kept getting broken into and my stuff stolen. When I got my 01 car the SS hood was stolen within one week of having the car...
I had a Weiand Team G and Holley 750 stolen from a 81 Z28 I had for nearly 10 years and ended up selling it before anything else could get stolen..
I was so upset that I tried staying up all night watching my cars from our upstairs apartment with a 30.06 beside me hoping to catch them thieving SOB's. It's probably a good thing that I never caught them because it could've landed me in prison cause I would've sniped everyone of them. My oldest boy who was an early teen at the time was running with the wrong crowd getting into trouble at school and eventually with the law so after all of that I moved our asses out of the city and into the country. This place has grown by leaps and bounds since 2004 and it isn't the country anymore and I fear that one day crime will make its way back to my doors once again but all these son's of bitches around here are raised up on guns and I'm dug in like an Alabama tick.

My buddy built his home off of building 3 story homes in Da Hood and its 7k Sq ft in da Hood. His Uncle Doug taught us how to do Stone Masonry. Houston has changed Alot in the last 20 yrs. Everyone use to try to move out/ away from the city. Developer's Bought up all the open land and back taxed properties now it's the great Mass return to the City. Besides all the people moving 2.
I only spend work money on cars not banked money. Reasons for the extended time on my own build...and being that i Haven't worked much over the last 10yrs. Free Education on the subject of a Engine/Cylinder head...lol. 3.9 GPA 🤣

My school and property taxes has went up Ever yr the last 4 yrs... once I get the 1st hurdle done I can just play with the hobby on heads. Same short block. One of those how can I keep doing this cause I like cylinder heads And not go Belly up if the Stock market or world falls apart.
