I'm kinda ready to be done as to move on with the 1st two cylinder heads. I've got another Great idea that worked out.

It doesn't surprise me in the least. Seeing a property value increase by nearly 20K in 2021 when you've made no improvements to the place came as shock to me too. I could've contested it but it's some form of government you're dealing with so what are you going to do? Cry and take it up the *** or the better way of putting it "Take it whether you like it or not kind of deal." What exactly are you building BTW?

I've made no improvements Neither and mines went up also...Contested it and it's not as much as it use to be.
Home was 87k
Now listed at 137k and its still the same... Pops got this home on a steal needs a little work But A Good home.. how it's worth 137k is beyond me and Pops had better. Sold the 2 story for a flat that hadn't sold in yrs. A Stroke change 2 story living to living in a flat.

Runs . A/C belt came off and wrapped around the balancer and tool out the front seal . It leaks bad when the cars on lmao . Runs good enough to get it to the new house tho. Can't do any racing

Verdad Gallardo Don't know as I'm still working on weight reduction but I've removed more than 85 lbs from the engine bay so far and will be relocating the battery to the rear of the car. Still need to remove the stereo, speakers, headliner, panels, carpet, seats. The side windows are manual but I'll remove as much weight from the doors as possible. Could even go to the Lexan front and rear windows to shed even more weight if needed. As for suspension it has double adjustable coil overs front and rear with a MWC anti roll bar.

S95 with a little work and a iron lq4 is around 3000 with minimal stuff removed...

Well the 01 SS is a nice street car that makes about 550 rwhp on motor. The 99 had a V6 and I decided to build a strip car so it's gut the bitch, get an E85/C85 tuned V8 in there backed by a glide and a MWC 9 with some 4.30's and go have some fun.

I got to drive the 01 up on the scales in Baytown after making a pass and it weighed 3840 with me in it. This was a car with all of its creature comforts an LSX block and full BMR front and rear suspension with KOOKS 2" headers and their 3" true dual off-road exhaust sitting on some Bogarts D10's
Highram spacer is on . Not sure how many people have dealt with Martin smallwood. But I haven't put his cam in the car yet, because I received a cam with different specs than I paid for. And he told me to *run it itll run good* but the specs are close to the summit cam I have in the car lol so I'm probably going to sell the cam and go back to the trusty Old Lonnie at Texas speed.
