I'd agree. Better heads, slightly better intake, more compression, better fuel than my combo. She should be a runner!

O ya great build. I ordered a similar rotating assembly last week. But CP Carrillo pistons also +5. But I'm on alchol so I need to find some 59 58 cc ish heads.
question. How much lift will those rockers do?

No, no spray, fast bracket race engine. Cam is not a MAX effort cam. I would be curious to see how these 10 degree heads do on big spray, they may need some chamber love.

The rockers will handle plenty more lift.
The PTV on this combo was .190" intake and .210" exhaust. Non-issue.

These were bought as hydraulic roller heads completely assembled. I set them up for a solid roller valvetrain using the the hydraulic roller length valves which limited installed height. I am using PAC 1238X springs installed at 1.800" The heads would handle a much larger spring diameter opposed to 1.300"'s and a bigger installed height with a longer valve.
These heads had titanium valves, so I wasn't going to change them up since it is not a MAX effort deal.
The PAC 1238X's are a good choice for this combo and should handle 7800-8000 RPM which will be on the higher side of where this engine will run.

I would be interested to see if someone does a street engine with these 710 heads with a Mamo MSD, 427-454 CID, 11-12 to 1 compression, cam lift .650 or so and duration in the 240/250s. Build looks awesome above. It would be great if they did another magazine cylinder head test showing some of the new heads that have come out since 2011.

I'll guarantee that Any....testing would Show with What you listed 0 to No Major Differences....

The Ls7 test using a 495 cubic inch engine only Showed a 10 to 15 Hp difference using 2 different TSP heads While SDPC factory Ls7 heads came in Second place with a 9hp difference.

1st Place Went to Mast with 809-810 fwhp.

Yes, I remember that test. Would be interesting to see if the F710s topped the Mast and like you said even if it did maybe only 5hp who knows.
