Help identify Gen lV block . From Australia. 
Not sure on the laser engraved numbers.
R31 ?
No engine number on this pad.
No 6.0 in the front right cyl?
This is the add from the seller here in Australia. Block has a 4.00 bore.

That is NOT a Gen IV block, as it has provisions for valley knock sensors. ALL Gen IV blocks have the DOD risers in the valley instead of the knock sensor mounts.
This is a Gen III block. Measure the bore to figure out which one.
