I can't imagine that they'd put that small of a valve in there, hopefully it's a typo. GM lists the heads as cnc ported, a c5r head with minor porting will flow 370 no problem, which is the number that has been going around.

I have seen the heads and let me tell you they are awesome. You will see some seriuos 600rwhp cam only cars I am guessin. Also when people start bolting on blowers The $hit will hit the fan for sure. I would imagine with 15psi of boost you will see 1000 or so to the flywheel. WITH STOCK HEADS AND CAM!!! ATI better think about a bolt on kit for a f-2 or bigger blower! Monsters I tell ya. The only question will be, who will be the first to put a stock long block cam only ZO6 into the mid 9's or better???
I cannot wait to get the heads and intake bolted to a forged 408 (Iron 6.0l block) and max out a t88 thumper and make over 1000 to the tires and drive it around everywhere with the AC on.
Or imagine a 364 or even a 346 spinnin to 8k or higher on there own and making 600+hp.
