Myself and others have posted in the past about a certain "427" LS6 headed stroker that put about 680hp to the wheels through a M4, 9" and slicks. The cylinder heads flow similar numbers (w/ bigger valves in the LS7), but there is a big difference in compression, cam, intake, exhaust, tuning and fueling. They both use very lightweight internal components though. I could even drive this car to school everyday (I only live like 3 blocks from school), but I hear the clutch is a bit tricky.
I'm thinking we'll see 475rwhp from the C6 06 Z06 after they gete some miles on them.

And I say about 440-475 on the chasis dyno depending on the weather, and operator.
