I'm really surprised that the engines are already available in crate packages. That's going to be a great ride. Are you keeping that engine stock or will you give it a little boost?

Thanks for all the compliments guys. As far as price, it was $13k with shipping included from everybody's favorite nonsponsor GM parts dealer.
I'm not totally sure what I'll do for the oil system. I'm going to have to get the engine in the chassis to see how the lines are going to fit up. I think I'm going to go with an aftermarket oil tank, just not sure what shape it'll have to be.
I'm most likely going to go with an aftermarket PCM. I'm going to put a cam in it, and as of right now, even if you could use the LS7 PCM, there is still no way to reprogram it.
I'll probalbly put headers on it (especially after seeing LG's dyno results) , but I can't really be sure of anything until stuff is in the car.
If it didn't have to go up the stairs to get there...
