Just finished my LS7 dry sump "hard lines"!
I bought one GM hose and cut the fittings off and then fabbed up these lines out of 1/8" wall tubing mated to -16AN fittings. They terminate at the front of the block where I am mounting my Peterson Dry Sump tank. I will be building the mating "soft lines" tomorrow to tie into the tank. Enjoy!

Nice work John. What year and model are you putting the LS-7 in, and which Peterson tank are you using? I am putting an LS-7 in my 57 Bel Air and am having trouble trying to find room for a tank underhood.

How were the pieces joined and coated? What processes?

looks awesome John.. We found out that our GM lines are 1.5" too long. We'll need to find out if we can find a hydraulic shop to shorten them - if possible.
BTW, I just got out of the hospital from surgery so our project has been on hold for a couple weeks. I hope to get back on it the weelend after this coming..
