Warhawk Block?

Im sure a lot of you saw the new block from World for the LS series motor but has anyone seen it in person yet?What are everyones opinions on that and the heads?

I'm liking the heads myself. They should flow killer number for a great price. The block and heads together should make for an unbeatable combination. With the 6 bolts/cylinder, more boost or nitrous is possible. I am planning on using the heads on my motor.

LS1Like,
Our block is called the "Warhawk". Warren and Kurt Johnson, the Katech folks and many others really approved what they saw at SEMA.

I also plan on using the heads and block,Some sort of ridiculous cubic inch all motor combo,got a solid roller grind already in the works,just need to figure out which valvetrain I need to use which is why I wanted to know more info on it,Also which intakes will work on it,bc I would like to switch to DFI or the Carb LS1 Conversion but i was unsure as to what would work..

I've heard about $799 each, bare. Then around $1150 each, assembled. The assembled price would be killer assuming they use titanium intake valves and sodium exhaust valves, along with some heavy duty springs and Ti retainers. I don't know how much the block is going to be, maybe around $3800?

If one was to go with this block and heads with a carbed intake wat PCM would be needed to run it? a stand alone estup or a ls1/ls2 setup or would you have to go to a ls7 setup?

You don't need a PCM. You can run the coils with an MSD system.

yes. and no, these are not OEM blocks, they are a completely different casting.

Katech, how much do you think the creat engine will run at roughly?

and what sizes are you looking to sell?

also will these be intake to pan engines or just long blocks?
