Anyone ported LS7 heads yet?
LS7 heads are CNC ported from the factory. I'm sure that they could be improved somewhat with additional work by a skilled porter. But if I wanted high flow rectangular intake port heads that I planned to spend additionally money on with additional porting, I don't think that I would buy LS7 heads as a starting point. The LS7 heads flow probably well over 90% of their potential right out of the box.

If you want to do additional porting on new design rectangular port intakes with offset intake rockers, I'd start with the L92 or Dart or World Products versions as cast and go from there.
