402LS2 Numbers
Lingenfelter 403 Shortblock, Profiler LS 215 heads opened to 230(supposedly), milled to 65cc, (242/246/114/.648/.648) Cam, Lingenfelter Ported LS2 Throttle body, ASP underdrive pulley, FAST 90mm intake, 42lb injectors, kb boost a pump, Stainless works 1 3/4 LT headers no cats, Corsa touring exhaust, Jesel J2K rockers, morrel lifters. Volant intake.
These numbers seem low to me, the A/F was at 12.8 across the board. I have a few questions, like once the motor heats up and is running the oil pressure with my high flow oil pump from Lingenfelter will drop to 10-15lbs

. Any help with this matter would be much appreciated. I am actually looking for another shop to go to somewhere in the state of florida to have the motor gone thru to make sure everything was done correctly and not half assed, and a good tuner while im at it.I just installed a 402 in my Z06. The car made 490 RWHP & 441 RWTQ, I thought the torque number was a little low for stroker motor. Here are the details of my setup:
402 LS2 Shortblock 12cc Mahle Pistons 11:1 Comp
TSP/Patriot Race Ported Heads 59CC Chambers 2.08 int 1.60 Ext
GM MLS Head Gaskets
TSP Texas Gaint Cam 248/254 611/613 113 LSA
Comp 7.425 Pushrods
NGK TR6 Plugs (plan on spraying 150 shot)
Stock Rocker Arms
Fast 90mm
Nick Williams 90mm throttlebody
Halltech Stinger Intake
Kooks 1 7/8 Headers no cats
Borla Stinger Exhaust
I posted a thread over in the dyno section about my low numbers and got some could info:

I had a low oil pressure issue with my 402 LS2 install over the winter. I had 10-15 at idle, max of 35-40 psi. My issue turned out to be a problem with the valley cover not having the o-ring seals that block off the displacement on demand ports cast into the block. Installed the 8 gaskets and problem was solved. 40 psi at idle, 70-75 @ 6000 rpm with 10w30.

Right now i am running 18x9 in the front and 18x10 in the rear CCW C-14 Corsair race wheels. They are 5lbs lighter a piece than my stock 17x8's were.
Hey Will,
No LPE did not do the setup. At this point in time i have alot more problems with this thing than low numbers. The motor problem is just one of them. I am taking it to a different shop to have them go thru the tranny and make sure everything is ok, and im trying to find a tuner in florida with HP tuners for LS2's. Because i have an 05 gto, the maf table within the ecm is garbage and after 5500rpm and at a high air flow rate the maf zeros itself out. Anyways at this point i want to find a tuner with HP 2.0 and figure out why this motor is running like dog crap.

As for the numbers, the compression and the heads would be where I'd look first. Any flow numbers on them? Ported/un-ported?
I would not be satisfied with < 500rwhp out of a 400+" motor. If you've got the dough, definatly put it in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing. The guys who tuned it didn't use a hypertech did they?

Can you post a graph?
What amazes me is that these numbers were put out with the FAST 90/90. I could see numbers being a little low with the LS2 intake manifold.
