Need to know if it will fit.... hey for one i'm new here, but the main thing is i own a c4 corvette. My motor has a rod knocking in it but i've been given an offer if it can be done... is there any way to swap a ls7 in a 87 vette??? someone is offering to do it for a tv show they have the only catch is that i pay for the swap and or motor mounts. the rest is free... will it fit????
That seems crazy for them to give you an LS7 for free. Hot Rod TV or a similar show was looking for a f-body to put the STS turbo system on a discounted price but nowhere near free...

apperently its some kind of project for this motor the motor is suppost to be from KA Tech Inc. The website for them is www.katechengines.com. I don't see the engine listed that they told me but it could be like a "new product" promotion. Who knows i'm just looking in to it becuase i was made the offer by the host of the show.

Yea, I would say to question this situation. I pretty much know where every LS7 we've ever built is right now and I can't think of one that could be in this kind of promotion. I could be wrong, and if I can get a SN# off the block I can tell you exactly what it is.
