On a Cammed/Full exhaust ls7....

On a Cammed/Full exhaust ls7.... what kind of shot can be put on it that wouldnt have the engine in danger? People are telling me the vette's pistons are weak and could go with a turbo or blower setup. So with that inmind what kind of spray could be shot on these motors? 50? 75? 100? Of course tune has to be good but lets say the tune is good, not great but good. what shot is safe but still effective?

Prior to that they were using the 150 shot, boltons, and their own cam. Don't remember the numbers exactly, 7##.
